Let me get straight in to it. These are the easiest ways to completely ruin your eyes
1. SMOKING

Researches done has linked smoking to various eye diseases some of which include macular degeneration, dry eyes, cataracts, uveitis, and diabetic retinopathy.
It is said that smokers are four times more likely to lose their vision compared to people who do not smoke.
So please keep it up and let's get that vision to zero!
2. RUBBING YOUR EYE
You're a 10, but rubbing your eyes like you're washing jeans is sweet to you. Well done honourable.
Rubbing your eyes over an extended period of time can lead corneal scarring, destroy blood vessels around the eye, lead to infections especially due to using unclean hands on the eye and it has also been linked to a condition known as keratoconus. Keratoconus causes a thinning of the cornea and results in the cornea losing its shape. This condition can lead to blurry vision and sometimes cannot be fully corrected with glasses or contact lenses.
3. NOT GETTING ENOUGH SLEEP

4. NOT EATING A HEALTHY DIET

5. NOT DRINKING ENOUGH WATER
The only time some of you drink water is when you're eating. Even when you're thirsty, you'd rather have a cola. Tell me if I'm lying. Mumu.
Not drinking the recommended 8 glasses of water per day can cause your body to become dehydrated, and may cause your eyes to not produce enough tears to keep them moisturized and properly nourished. Dry eyes, red eyes and puffy eyelids can all be a result of dehydration.
