God when?

You, yes you! You and I know that at one point in time, you’ve asked “God when?

Maybe it was when you saw a childhood friend driving in his car or one scholar in your class blasting all A’s or when you saw your guy looking good in Dior or the oga kpatakpata of them all, when you saw a couple tensioning you with their love and as a single pringle that you are, all you could say was “GOD WHEN?”

Funny as it sounds, it is quite normal to compare our progress in life with others especially those close to us. But is it pertinent to understand that we all have different paths in life and in as much as most times the goal, especially for young people is to become successful, we all are taking different routes and will not get there at the same time.

A lot of persons have gone into depression, been forced to do things that are illegal all to meet up to a level that they see others at and social media is not helping at alllllllll. You see  instagram big boys and girls who most times their sources of income are not known, living flashy and then there's you; still in your father’s house eating the food that your mother cooked and still collecting money to buy data will see that IG babe or guy and begin to wonder if God was bias during creation and destiny allocation.

Never be pressured by the success of others,  instead be inspired(omo I don drop rhema). A lot of people have made mistakes that scar for a lifetime due to their eagerness to ‘blow’. That is why ‘Get Rich Quick Schemes’ will continue to thrive in this clime. People would rather do “Put 5,000 to get 10,000,000 in 2 weeks rather than learning a digital skill that they could earn from in the long run.

There’s nothing wrong in wanting to be like someone, but ensure that in doing that, you’re not willing to do something you’ll eventually regret  in the long run.

And as for you saying “God when?” for loved up couples, NOTHING FOR YOU! Because na mumu dey love. Stay focused comrade. ✊
